The EUROFRAME group of research institutes (CPB, DIW, ESRI, ETLA, IfW, NIESR, OFCE, PROMETEIA, WIFO) will hold its fourth annual Conference on Economic Policy Issues in the European Union in Bologna on 8 June 2007.
The aim of the conference is to debate on economic policy issues relevant in the European context.

Participants are kindly requested to fill in the Registration Form and send it by fax. Alternatively, it will be possible to register on arrival, at the conference registration desk.
The deadline for sending the registration form is postponed to the 5th of June.

LOCATION
The IV Euroframe Conference will take place in Palazzo Hercolani, Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Bologna, Strada Maggiore 45, 40125 Bologna ("A" on the map). Information about the venue will be posted shortly. PROMETEIA’s (the local organiser) offices are located in Via G. Marconi 43, 40122 Bologna (“B” on the map).
ACCOMMODATION
Participants are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements.
In order to facilitate travel arrangements, the Conference Secretariat has reserved a limited block of rooms in selected hotels in Bologna for conference participants. All the hotels are located within walking distance (10/15 minutes) from the Conference venue.
Early booking is highly recommended.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
- Special rates and availability are valid for bookings made before 4th May 2007; after that date, hotels will guarantee special rates only upon availability.
- When booking, please use the above contacts (e-mail, telephone, fax) and mention “EUROFRAME 2007”. Only in this case will special conditions (rates and deadlines) apply.
- Participants will pay their hotel bills directly to the hotels, on departure. Hotels will issue receipted bills following participants’ instructions.
- Should participants wish to cancel their reservation, they will need to send a written notice to the relevant hotel by 31st May 2007.
- Rates are quoted in Euro per room per night, and include breakfast (SGL= single room, DSU= double room for single use, DBL= double room).

We suggest you book your hotel well in advance, as several trade fairs will take place in Bologna at the time of the Conference.

Several towns in the Emilia Romagna region are worth a visit, starting with Ravenna and Ferrara. Padua and Venice (in Venetia), Florence (Tuscany), Urbino (Marches) and Mantua (Lombardy) are also beautiful places to explore in your free time.
